My third and final day in Zurich was spent strolling around the city centre, eating far too much cheese, bread and chocolate… it was the perfect day.
We had been fortunate enough to see two days of blissful sunshine, so we weren’t too disappointed (maybe slightly) that our last day was overcast and drizzly. The issue was, I hadn’t really packed with the thought that it would be rainy, so I didn’t have any suitable shoes, but luckily every time it rained we were inside, probably scoffing down some cheese or chocolate (you have to when in Switzerland).
Thankfully, I had packed a jacket and a pair of jeans, so I looked half appropriate. But I wanted to wear my new crop top I had purchased in the sale, and luckily it just so happened to go with my jeans (of course I had outfit planned). My trusty tan suede jacket goes with just about every outfit, it never lets me down.
Paired with my black block heel sandals, the outfit kept me warm enough to stroll the streets without having to dash into a shop and purchase either a scarf or jumper… it actually wasn’t that cold, I’m exaggerating, but any excuse to shop.
