My second look in Lisbon was another relaxed jean look. I always reach for my white jeans when I know it will be sunny somewhere but I am not quite sure how warm it will actually be, they definitely act as a perfect inbetweener. I love this pair because they are high waisted. I am not one to expose much of my midriff but I love crop top’s with high waisted things.
White jeans go with everything but I picked out this crop top because the little white flowers go with the jeans ( trying to bring the outfit together and all that jazz) but it also tied in with with my white and black basket.
I spoke about the trench coat a bit in my last post but basically it is one of my favourite items in my wardrobe right now, it is one of those jackets that you don’t mind throwing on over any outfit because you don’t feel it hides the look, it just enhances it. I love the length of it and the fact it is linen too, it is such an unique twist on the classic trench coat.
I knew we were in for a lot of walking around so the most comfortable item I needed were my shoes, but I am generally not really a trainer kind of gal, other than owning a pair for the gym and a pair to walk my dog, you will rarely see me in them. So I planned carefully and chose these wedged espadrilles. They were perfect, we must have walked miles but my feet didn’t get sore at all. I also think these shoes are great if you either have limited packing space or won’t have time to go home and change before heading out for dinner, they are so chic and are the perfect shoe for exploring European cities.
