Just when you think summer has arrived, you step outside and you are either greeted by wind or rain… but most likely both.
So in order to feel like I am suitably dressed at the moment, any top purchases I have been making are mostly long sleeved, this way if it is warm enough to face the day without a jacket I don’t end up regretting my decision but equally if its a seriously chilly day I can feel snug and go for the layered look.
This shirt is light weight enough to get away on hot days too, and it would look good with shorts or a skirt… I’m thinking my cream denim skirt when the sun comes back.
But how nice is the pattern! Daisy’s are one of my favourite flowers so I am naturally drawn to all things daisy. These sleeves also make this shirt along with the button front and the frill detail at the bottom, it is slightly Realisation Par inspired I feel.
I paired it with my patch Levi jeans and these lovely suede lace up boots, I got these back in winter but they are such a nice colour they can easily be worn on chillier warmer days without feeling too wintry.
